Cancellation Prior To Shipment

If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by email or WhatsApp (pls refer to Contact page for contact information).

Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We would advise a cancellation request within 8 hours upon your order submission in order for a cancellation prior to goods shipment.

Return Policy

The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment/ receipt of goods:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a return. Any request thereafter will not be entertained.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Bykalers Online Store are eligible for a return. Any Bykalers products purchased through other retailers are not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.

Pls take note of the following before any purchase:
 
*The colour of the item purchased may defer due to studio lighting. 
*No return or exchange past the stated exchange period.
*It is normal to get specs for the fabric/canvas items due to its organic nature and no return/exchange if this is found after the exchange period. Care must be taken for the item purchased to ensure it to be long lasted.

The management reserves the rights to reject any request for returns at our discretion.

Damages and issues

Please always inspect your order upon receiving the product and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including face masks, personalized orders or custom made products and any add on items are also non-returnable and non-refundable. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We also cannot accept returns of clearance or sales/promotion items or gift cards.

Goods are eligible for a return if the following are applied:

Incorrect:

The item is not the item you ordered. Wrong size or the colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items inside the packaging.

Damaged:

The items is found to be damaged upon receipt. Items has been tampered/refurbished or modified. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only for a complete Bykalers Online Store product.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

–  The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).

–  You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

–  Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging with the free gifts (if any) received with it.

Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 working days from the date of approval. 

The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method or any method deemed suitable by the Management:

  • Online Bank Transfer – refund will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer
  • Credit card refund services – refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank
  • Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
